HSS Circular Saw Blades

Made from carefully selected high-speed steel (HSS), this metal saw is ideal for precision cutting of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is especially suitable for cutting steel pipes and shaped materials.

Our HSS metal saw is a circular saw suitable for cutting a wide range of metals. By grinding the sides to a tapered flat surface, we reduce the friction coefficient. Furthermore, through our extensive proprietary research, we apply a special coating that enhances heat resistance and wear resistance, thereby significantly improving cutting performance.

Product Description

We can propose the optimal specifications according to the characteristics and shape of the material being cut.

We can propose the optimal specifications from a wide variety of options, including shape, tooth profile, material, and surface treatment, based on the characteristics of the material being cut. Additionally, our skilled technicians perform precise tensioning and straightening to minimize blade runout during high-speed rotation. This ensures highly accurate cutting for all types of ferrous and non-ferrous metal materials.

Coating

TiN

TiN stands for Titanium Nitride, which is a coating applied through the Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) process. In this process, titanium and nitrogen are ionized and accelerated in a vacuum environment at temperatures below 500°C. Upon collision with the blade, they deposit onto the surface. The low-temperature treatment, below 500°C, minimizes heat distortion.
Characteristics:
Wear resistance
Corrosion resistance
Color: Gold
Applications: Iron, Cast Iron

TiAIN

TiAlN stands for Titanium Aluminum Nitride. It produces a hard thin film with excellent heat resistance of over 800°C, making it highly effective for dry cutting applications. It ensures high hardness and adhesion, leading to increased blade longevity and production efficiency.

Characteristics:
Low friction coefficient
High anti-adhesion (for non-ferrous metals)
Color: Black
Applications: Aluminum, Copper, Stainless Steel

DLC

DLC stands for Diamond-Like Carbon. It’s created using the Plasma Vapor Deposition (PVD) process, where hydrocarbon gas is decomposed using plasma energy. This process forms a thin and extremely hard film composed of carbon atoms, similar to diamond. With a low processing temperature (below 200°C), it minimizes heat distortion and results in a very smooth surface.

Characteristics:
Oxidation resistance
Color: Black-purple
Applications: Iron, Cast Iron, Stainless Steel

CrN

CrN stands for Chromium Nitride, which is produced by reacting ionized chromium and nitrogen in plasma during the Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) process. The resulting coating is a chromium nitride film. Due to its low-temperature processing (below 500°C), it exhibits minimal heat distortion and offers excellent friction resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Characteristics:Friction resistance, Heat resistance & Corrosion resistance
Color: Silver
Applications: Iron, Cast Iron, Stainless Steel

TiCN

TiCN stands for Titanium Carbonitride. It’s produced using the Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) method, where a hard TiC film is deposited on top of a TiN film, creating a multi-layered coating of gray titanium carbonitride. This structure results in very high wear resistance, with the underlying TiN layer providing excellent adhesion. Due to its low-temperature processing (below 500°C), it also exhibits minimal heat distortion.

Characteristics:
Wear resistance
Heat resistance
Color: Gray
Applications: Iron, Stainless Steel
