TCT Circular Saw Blades

Our standard model is ideal for cutting wood, plywood, non-ferrous metals, plastics, gypsum board, and other similar materials

Our unique precision grinding and advanced hardening techniques effectively suppress blade vibration, allowing for highly precise cutting. For hard-to-cut materials, we utilize PCD (polycrystalline diamond) to achieve a lifespan equivalent to 10 to 30 times that of conventional carbide tips. This makes it perfect for cutting artificial marble and other challenging materials

Product Description

The optimization of the carbide and PCD tips along with the grinding stones ensures a more reliable outcome of our precision grinding technology.

We select the optimal chip for the workpiece material and choose the appropriate grinding stone for the chip material. Additionally, our advanced hardening techniques and grinding technology, focusing on blade precision, are pursued to achieve high-precision cutting tailored to your operating environment

Ordering a Product

Our team of specialized blade consultants selects the optimal blade type and material for your workpiece. To achieve the best performance, we recommend cutting conditions tailored to your cutting machine, such as the optimal rotational speed, feed rate per tooth, and feed speed. Based on these recommendations, we provide custom-made blades to meet your specific needs.
