Focus fully on the task at hand. By doing this consistently, I’ve discovered the true reward of my work.

Please speak on why you join the company.
I have been interested in craftsmanship since my student days, but didn't have many opportunities to enter the field. What drew me to this company was how unique and specialized our work is compared to others—it just looked genuinely interesting.
How do you go about learning the job and improving on it?
I mainly learn through On-the-Job Training from my supervisor. Recently, I’ve started handling some tasks on my own. However, I feel I’ve only mastered about half of the overall process, so I want to keep pushing myself to do more.
What kind of career path do you envision for the future?
In my current role, I work with laser processing machines, but there are still many other machines and technologies that I have yet to learn. I want to acquire these skills so that I can become proficient with a wide variety of equipment. Our veteran colleagues use these tools with such mastery, and that is my personal goal.
